Meet our Team!

• Mike and Jeanne' Jones: Founders and Directors

We first opened the doors to Heritage House Ministries in 2003 with a vision of giving girls a safe place to feel at home. We have four children of our own, three grandchildren, and have fostered over 30 children in our home prior to establishing Heritage House Ministries. Our passion is bringing hope to kids that feel like they have none.

• Jackie McCoy

Hi! I am Jackie and I have been working at Heritage House since August of 2005. Being a part of the lives of my Team and the girls in our care has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. My heart in working with our girls is to guide them to seeing that they canfind the hope that will lead them into a bright and successful future.

• Wendy Merriam

I have been working at Heritage House since September 2007 and am truly enjoying working with the girls and the incredible Team here. I recieved my bachelor's degrees from CU in Psychology and English. I live in Longmont with my husband, to whom I have been married since July of 2007.

• Sharalyn Warren

I am the House Mom. I cook, clean, and listen. I am a mother of four, and a grandmother of six. I live in Louisville. I have a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in teaching Special Education populations.

• Sheena Mile

I am Sheena and I have been part of the Heritage House Team since November of 2008. I went to school at Evangel University in Springfield, MO. I graduated in May of 2008 with degrees in Biblical Studies and Elementary Education. Until I pursue my teaching carreer I feel called to make a difference in the lives of these girls.

• Shannon Thomas

I am Shannon and I became part of the Heritage House Team in March of 2009. I graduated from Evangel University with a Bachelor os Science in Psychology. I have over two years of experience working with at risk girls at a shelter in Springfield, MO.

• Caitlin Burmiester

I am Caitlin and I am so glad to be back as part of the Heritage House Team! I returned in June of 2009 and am really excited to see what the next year holds! I recieved my BA in Psychology at The College of St. Benedict in Minnesota. I also am a Young Life Leader and have been involved as a leader in various youth ministries for the past five years.

• Keziah Thompson

I am Keziah and I am super honored to be a member of this Team; and equally excited to see what God will do through my heart and this place while I am here! I am very involved at Flatirons Community Church, and have been part of missions work all over the world for the last 8 years. I can't wait to see how the experience that I have gained over the years translates into the lives of these girls!
