Do you want to change lives? Full-time and part-time team positions are available to work directly with the girls in 24-hour shifts.
Requirements
Applicants must be over 21 years, submit to a background check and driving record review, provide your own transportation and love teenage girls. Initial and on-going training is required along with First Aid/CPR and medication administration certification.
Hi I'm Rachel Thibodeau, I have been working at Heritage House since it's birth in August 2003 and I am loving it! I have been married since December 2000,and have three beautiful children. I am currently a year away from my teaching degree. Each piece is very special to my heart.

I'm Jackie and I have been working with Heritage House since August of 2005. Being a part of the lives of my team and our girls has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life.My heart in working with our girls is to guide them to into seeing that they can find the hope that will lead them into a bright and successful future.

I have been at Heritage House since October 2005 and truly love being involved in changing lives. I recently celebrated one year of marriage and am daily blessed by Christophers presence in my life. As a graduate from Colorado Christian University with a degree in Psychology and minor in Human Communication I have a great appreciation for the real world application I've seen while at Heritage House.
Wendy Merriam: Volunteer Coordinator
I have been working at Heritage House since September 2007 and am truly enjoying working with the girls and the incredible staff here. I received my bachelors' degrees from CU in Psychology and English. I live in Longmont with my husband whom I have been married to for eight months, and we are loving being newlyweds.

My name is Meredith and I recently joined the team here at Heritage House. I am loving it! I graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute in December 2007, With a degree in Practical Theology. I love our girls and desire to see them successful in the outside world.

I am the house mom. I cook, clean, and listen. I am a mother of four and grandmother of six. I live in Louisville. I have a degree in Elementary Education with a minor is teaching Special Education populations.
